At Nexera, we are proud to serve researchers and customers exclusively within Canada. All orders are shipped domestically — we do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Canada Post): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Xpresspost: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or volume during peak periods. Remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time.

- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $150 CAD
- Expedited & Xpresspost: Calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Nexera is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
